The General Management of Lajo y Rodriguez, S.A. assumes his social responsibility in the protection of his workers and third parties related with the activity and compromises on the continuous improvement of the Preventive Management at his production plants and external activities, adopting the necessary measures to prevent and minimize the possible hazards.
That is why Lyrsa has developed an Occupational Risk Prevention Management System integrated in his activity, according to the following principles:
- To consider security and health protection of the workers and other third parties involved as a priority objective, adopting the necessary preventive criteria at the planning and decision making processes, and keeping the determination of continuous improvement on this matter.
- To promote and stimulate at all organization levels an inside culture of continuous improvement of the correct preventive management; training, involving and making all the staff responsible of reaching this goal.
- To assure the fulfilment of this Policy, with the settlement of an Occupational Risk Prevention Management System, that allows reaching the objectives adopted, to guarantee the workers his health protection and that his job is done in a safe environment.
